Quick payback:
Reminder: any addresses in the package are not approved as the return address. A package returned without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be returned or replaced. We will refund the original payment method within one week.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, make sure all items in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred and no refund will be issued.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If for our reasons the goods received are damaged or incorrect and the consumer does not have to pay the shipping fee for this reason.
The consumer does not charge a refilling fee for returning the product.
Order cancelation
Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Submit a support request from Contact if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but prior to shipment, a 15% cancellation fee applies. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
